    Still Banned


    I was banned approximately 2 weeks ago for harassment. At least that's what there calling it. Anyway I checked the website to see exactly when I would be able to get online again and it says November 19. It's November 20 and I'm still unable to message or
    get online. I've trident everything, including reseting my Xbox. Nothing I'm still banned, why is this and how should I fix it.

    still banned

    bans are lifted the same time of the day as they were placed, so if you were banned at 3pm it will be lifted at 3pm. so just keep trying if you are still banned on the 6th that would be a problem.

    We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
    primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Try this to see if it fixes the issue.

    First remove/delete your GT from the console you use.

    Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off.

    Restart the console back up and the recover the GT back onto it.

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
    the account.
