Discus and support still banned in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hi i recently got banned last month and the ban was meant to be over yeasterday i can still play games but i cant send messsages or talk in party chat...     hi i recently got banned last month and the ban was meant to be over yeasterday i can still play games but i cant send messsages or talk in party chat what do i do

    still banned

    bans are lifted the same time of the day as they were placed, so if you were banned at 3pm it will be lifted at 3pm. so just keep trying if you are still banned on the 6th that would be a problem.

    my xbox account was banned because of my bio i was sent a msg sayiing i would be un banned 10/05/14 and im still banned for some reason so i would like to know when i can be unbanned my xbox account is crixus60606

    still banned

    Sounds like you may have got a 100 day suspension added to your other suspension due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC being discovered.

    100 day suspensions don't show on the enforcement site.

    You can contact support
    here     & they should be able to tell you if you have a current suspension but will not be able to do anything else as enforcement is nothing to do with them.

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    Still banned

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Try this to see if it fixes the issue.

    First remove/delete your GT from the console you use.

    Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off.

    Restart the console back up and the recover the GT back onto it.

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
    the account.
