    STILL BANNED BUT NOT BANNED HELP SUPPORT


    I got banned beginning of august for communications. It ended in the end of august but now when I go online it still acts like I'm banned. I called xbox and they said I got another ban until november and to submit a ticket. I go on enforcement xbox ad check
    my account and it says I'M NOT BANNED so how am I supposed to submit a ticket? I'm banned till November and I did nothing wrong. When I was banned I couldn't message or anything so how/why am I banned again I'm trying to contact ENFORCEMENT TEAM but Xbox Customer
    service isn't helping at all.

    Im in the same boat in a way. my banned ended but Xbox still wont let me play online. Have you founded a solution yet?

    It's possible the enforcement team discovered other offences you have committed & your suspension has been extended.

    If nothing is showing on the enforcement site
    here     then try contacting support here & they may be able to tell you if your suspension has been extended but will not be able to do anything about it.

    Hello! The reaaon this is happening is becauae you are console banned for a short period. If you try to avoid a ban with another account, XBLET will ban your whole console for typically 16 days.

    At any rate the XBOS1005 error appeared when I tried to redeem my code on the XBOX SITE.....so whether the console was an xbox one or a 360 should not have mattered

    And this was the third code that has not worked..I have seen other persons reporting similar issues about the XBOS1005 error and to this point I have not seen any definitive answer on the issue...

    You were informed incorrectly. Barbados is not a country where Xbox LIVE is supported. The system is checking your physical location and since Barbados is a sovereign country and not part of the United States. You cannot just lie and say you are in the
    US and expect it to work. You're trying to redeem a code for a product that is not technically sold in your country as such it would be against international import/export laws.

    In short those codes will never work for you.

    My region is set as the US. I bought a US code.

    I even spoke to one of the reps about that in the second ticket I raised
