    Still awaiting dashboard preview to be fixed


    I have been asking for my preview dashboard to be fixed for months now. Everytime I go into the app it says "can't connect right now". I need to at the very least access this to accept the new terms answer conditions to keep my preview access. Can you guys
    get to fixing this because I have to accept by the end of February. And at this pace I won't be able to. Or is there a way you can send me an email with the new terms allowing me to accept there. This is very frustrating and I feel you guys have to been very
    tentative about fixing the issue.

    cover arts won't load only the xbox live cover is showed up

    Agree mate. The new dashboard is the problem. Even though it is purely cosmetic, it still should be fixed.

    I am still awaiting the Xbox Support team to read this post & post a reply.

    The general forum sections aren't monitored heavily by MS staff. You should post in the preview dashboard section, as MS employees post in there so you're more likely to get an answer.

    The general forum sections aren't monitored heavily by MS staff. You should post in the preview dashboard section, as MS employees post in there so you're more likely to get an answer.

    Nope, still no solution, i'm in the latest preview dashboard beta and the issue still persists there too. Come on, Microsoft. Fix this already.
