Still asking for payment even though i have Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition

Would you please try to create another local account, make it an admin and see if the issue persists?

Press Win+R Keys.
- Type netplwiz and press Enter.
- Click Add button.
- Click Sign in without a Microsoft Account. If you do not see that option, disconnect from the Internet.
- Click Local account if prompted.
- Type the username you want, and the password. You must also specify a hint. Click Next. Click Finish.

Make the new local account an admin account:
- Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Family & Other Users > Select the Account Owner Name (you should see "Local account" below the name) > Change Account Type.
- Select Administrator, and then select OK.
- Sign in with the new Administrator Account.

After that:
- Go to Start > Type Services > Open it.
- Find all Xbox Services (Xbox Accessory Management Service, Live Auth Manager, Live Game Save, Live Networking Service, Gaming Services).
- Right Click > Properties> Set the startup type to Automatic. Also Start them.

- Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options > Privacy > Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC and see how it goes.

none of this worked i tried it all atleast 3 times and i still have the issue

Would you please try to start the Xbox app in administrator mode?

- Go to Start > Search for Xbox > Right click on the Xbox app > Pin to taskbar.

- Hold Ctrl + Shift and click on the taskbar icon for the Xbox app. It will start in admin mode.

If the issue persists, please try the steps below:

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press enter. Delete all the files inside this folder. Repeat this step by typing %TEMP% and Prefetch. Delete everything on both folders too.

- Press Windows + R. Type WSRESET and press enter.

- Restart your computer. Make sure you are signed in with the same account on the Microsoft store and the Xbox app.

- Check your computer region/country and language and please make sure it is the same as your Microsoft account (https://account.microsoft.com/profile). Also check your time zone and date/time is correct.
