Still asked to pay after suscribing to XBOX Game Pass PC

Hello, is the game your trying to play available on game pass??? Just wondering.

I have recently bought game pass on windows 10 pc as i wanted to try the Xbox play anywhere games available on the subscription. I bought £1 for 3 months deal as it gives me enough time for me to see if the subscription is worth it but every time
i tried to join it i would get an error stating that it failed, however i was still charged the £1 for each time i tried to pay the service, 3 times, and i am worried if i will be payed £23 after the 3 months 3 times despite me not even owning the subscription
and being able to play the games on my pc.

Please ask for a refund in Xbox Official Support, is undergoind a issue to some players when try to take the promotion on the 3 month of game pass, get charged and still dont
receive the subscription. You should contact the support and ask for a refund and dont forget to say is because the issue in the promotion. After get the refund you left to tomorrow to buy, on that time should the issue be already fixed.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

The issue was for the game pass PC.

I've found a solution . I have two account on my windows account settings, seems that xbox PC required to use my game pass account as my main account.
