    Still a Problem


    I have been unable to send messages for about 3 months on my Xbox One

    I've gone to all the support pages, ive verified my account multiple times ive hard turned the console on and off ive signed out of my Xbox ive checked my parental and security restrictions just in case i accidentally changed it. Im not having any problems
    with any other part of my Xbox. Im not getting any error messages on my Microsoft Homepage.

    This is very frustrating. If anyone knows how to fix this you would be a hero.

    STILL A PROBLEM!

    Still can't play successfully due to the problem I reported last night! I'm having to stop playing until this is fixed, since it uses up my resources, but won't go to the screen to claim the rewards (coins, powerups, etc.) that I have earned.

    A Problem is still occurring!

    Hey EskimoKitt3n!

    Unfortunately unless Xbox Staff say otherwise, there's no official "ETA" on when everything should be back to normal, only typical repair times.

    The best (and official) way to stay updated is to keep checking the
    "Xbox Live Status" page     for any updates on the issue. That will be the quickest way to find out any new information as it becomes available.

    Sorry for the inconvenience! Here's hoping we'll be back to playing soon!

    Hey ChooChoo!

    Let's see if we can get you sending messages to people again. You'll want to go to
    this link and enter your Gamertag email/password to sign in. It will then ask you for a mobile phone number. Once you enter your mobile number and get your code, it should bring you to your
    profile page. This is normal. Next, try sending an Xbox Live Message to someone, anyone! Hopefully this works. If that doesn't work, you'll want to look at your
    security info. You'll want to
    remove any security proofs listed, save, then re-add them.

    Yeah its been a little dodgy for ne, works fine one minute then another it'll take me to the read only forum, not too bothered really as it's the first day.

    I'm not being impatient sword, I'm just asking. I've got people asking me on smart glass so I'm asking on here. Their not just random friends. They are friends that I've made on here that frequent the forums all the time like Listed Mia and gamer nostalgia.
    Just trying to help them out.

    It goes back and forth on mine. I'll be able to get one fine for like 20 - 30 minutes and then suddenly will stop loading and switch me back to the old Read Only forums. After another 10-15 minutes i refresh and it's back to the new one.
