Stiffed on deluxe edition digital download

Ordered the deluxe edition and had no problems downloading and playing but one of the main dlc components its supposed to come with is 10 gold battlepacks yet I only received 5. Even the dlc pack says 10. Hopefully the issues will be resolved soon.

Battleborn Digital Deluxe Pre Order --- Didnt got Season Pass + Pre Order ...

Hi,

i pre ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Battleborn, my Account here shows me that you charged me for the Battleborn Digital Deluxe Edition.

But when in Start my Xbox One i can only download the Basic Game and it shows me the Option to buy the Digital Deluxe Edititon?!

Can you please fix this?

Pre-Order Punchcard Not Working

I pre-ordered Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus (Digital Deluxe Edition), Call of Duty: World War 2 (Digital Deluxe Edition), and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition) all on October 14th. I still have not received my 15,000 reward credits.
Please help.

 

samething happen to me.. xbox live rep, said i nedd to contact EA about this

 

ea trying to say i will get the rest over the next 5 weeks.. which is lie.. i had friends that got all 10,8 and 5

 

ea says talk to xbox 1. xbox 1 says to talk ea go figure

 

You get 1 of the 10 battlepacks per week for the next 10 weeks. The mp is broken right now anyway.

At the time that I posted that I kept getting kicked out of matches and eventually there were just no matches to be found. Lasted about 3 hours that night. It was fine when I last got on yesterday afternoon.

 

DDOS, last I heard. Those folks need to get a life.

 

They did say 1 released every week. And, all games are buggy at first. I couldn't touch Skyrim for the first 10 days. I kept getting stuck in the ground. The good news, find exploits quickly while they're too busy to watch for new YouTube glitches.
