    Sticky controller button


    Hi all!

    I purchased by XB One last week, but one of the buttons (A) on the controller is sticking already (nothing spilt on it etc).

    It's still working, but I'm now waiting the moment for it to stick forever.

    Any suggestions, or is it a case on contact seller/manufacturer?

    XBOX One controller "sticky" button?

    I bought an xbox one controller from the design lab about a month ago to use with the new PC i built (my first gaming pc). i love the controller and think the colours etc turned out really nicely but the "A" button has been getting "sticky" and unresponsive
    when used rapidly.

    Is there any way to fix it up a bit? I'd rather not have to go through the return/replacement process if possible

    Hey Dylan!

    Bummer to hear about the tacky A button on your design lab controller. Our best recommendation is to have it handled by the
    Online Service Center. Do note that in order to register you controller, you'll need to make sure your console is registered first. If you still have issues, you can totally reach out to our

    You could try taking it back to the store you bought it at and see if they'll do an exchange for you.

    Same thing happened to mine, but mine isn't new so i can't take it back to the store Sticky controller button :(

    This may sound a little too much , but wash your hands before you are going to play on your xbox. I do that all the time and my controller still feels the same as when i took it out of the package.
