Discus and support Stick of Truth in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I was told that if I reserved the Fractured But Whole for Xbox One from Xbox.com, I would receive a digital copy of Stick of Truth.     Stick of Truth


    I was told that if I reserved the Fractured But Whole for Xbox One from Xbox.com, I would receive a digital copy of Stick of Truth. Apparently this promotion was cancelled, but many people have the game, so that makes no sense. I have talked to both Ubisoft
    and Microsoft and been given the run around.

    The promotion has not been cancelled, but because of some changes to the store after the promotion began there were some changes made to the promotion. You should be able to download the game for free when the new game launches.

    I too am having this problem. I even started playing The fractured but whole to see if that would trigger the download option but it does not.
    You should check your ready to install games list now since Stick of Truth has been added to mine

    You won't receive a code for the download. As stated in the game's description, you will be able to download it once the new game launches. It will show as free in the marketplace.

    Xbox support chat said I was to receive my code 7-21 days after preordering. Ubisoft site says the offer is for immediate download of Stick of Truth upon preorder
