Stick of truth, code not received

Hello, I preordered South Park, Fractured But Whole on 10/08/2016 and I see a lot of people have gotten a code for the Stick of truth, and I've yet to receive my own for preordering the game. Was hoping I could get some help with that.

hi, I was referred to this forum from an xbox support agent who said I should be eligible for an Xbox version of the stick of truth download. I pre-ordered the fractured but whole on June 29th 2016 but never received the stick of truth. Can you re-send me
a download code?

Pre-ordered The Fractured But Whole and never received my code for the Stick of Truth at launch. Was directed to post here from xbox support.

 

You won't receive a code for the game. It will show as free to download from the store once the new game is released (as stated in the games description). Originally you could download it immediately, but there were some changes made to the store which is
why it's now going out at launch.

 

But I see there are a few people who have already gotten the Stick of Truth for Xbox One? Are you referring to the South park Fractured But Whole? I know that was pushed out but I thought you were supposed to get a code for South park Stick of truth last
month or so?

 

Originally the game was given out immediately, but because of some changes in the store, that was changed. Per the game's description: "Pre-order now to get Towelie: Your Gaming Bud. For a limited time, get a digital copy of South Park™: The Stick of Truth™
