    If these are other users, file a complaint via the console if you feel they have violated the terms of use/code of conduct and block communications. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    If this is the case, then why are they on your friends list? Just remove them from your friends list, and do what Smwutches suggests above this post.

    If this is the case, then why are they on your friends list? Just remove them from your friends list, and do what Smwutches suggests above this post.

    Steven: Since July 23rd I haven’t been able to make purchase with my account, I used to be able to make purchases with MSP but that isn’t happening now. First it was a billing issue, then it was a MSA issue, now it my entire account. My issue was advance
    to tier 3 on 8/2 of 2013 and everytime I get a email asking please make sure billing info is correct and use a different email address then the one on my account. I have done this since day one! I have gotten 20+ response asking the same thing. I reply back
    saying everything is accurate and nothing gets fixed. I don’t hear back from anyone or see changes. Then I called in on 9/11 of 2013 and the lady on the phone said I should change the MSA so that way nothing is messed up and starting fresh. She walked me thru
    it and it said your MSA was change correctly. But it wasn’t. Both MSA are linked to my gamertag so now I cant sign into xbox.com, my gamerscore isn’t getting registered on TrueAchievement or 360voice or any website. I cant get the games on my window phones.
    I cant buy anything anywhere on any device. I cant download my previous purchases. Ive have called in 30 plus times to get this fix and nothing. They keep saying that teir 3 has to fix it but they say the same thing over and over again. Ive even gotten emails
    saying please call customer service to resolve this now, I called and they said they cant do anything. Ive also got emails saying everything is fixed and sorry for the inconvience. It wasn’t, im not the only person with this issue. I have 3 other friends that
    have the same problem and 2 of them have more gamerscore then I do. To prove that I AM PhxSuns1Fan xbox can see the account that this is written under and see that the MSA is still linked to my gamertag. Ive cleared all payment methods, deleted my account
    and redownloaded it. Ive tried everything. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!! Its been 3 months and I haven’t had my account working correctly, ive lost out on so many sales and free games To clear things up I CANT 1. SIGN INTO XBOX.COM 2. BUY ANYTHING WITH A CREDIT
    CARD 3. ADD MONEY TO MY MSA 4. DOWNLOAD FREE GAMES OR DEMOS 5. DOWNLOAD PURCHASE ITEMS (ON XBOX AND PHONE) 6. CANT LINK OTHER ACCOUNTS TO XBOX.COM

    Eric F.: Thank you for the information Steven. Yes seems like the account got corrupted for some reason when the Microsoft Account got changed, the good thing is someone is currently working on this as well speak as well and is currently in prioritization.

    Steven: IVE, been hearing the same thing for months now. I had buy a new xbox cause the one i had stopped turning on, but the issue is that i cant download any of my games!

    Steven: i paid/paying for something that i cant use

    Eric F.: I totally understand Steven. You can download your profile and sign in on the console, just fine but downloading will give you an error correct?

    Steven: I cant play online just fine aswell

    Eric F.: The reason is your billing account is the main problem here. It did not attached it self to the new Microsoft Account it should have but there may have been a glitch during the move.

    Steven: ok, this should take a month to fix!, I had billing issues for 2 months before this!@

    Steven: someone needs to make a phone call and get this fixed today!

    Steven: i put thousands of dollars on to xbox live marketplace and now i cant play nothing!

    Eric F.: You are not receiving a feedback because we are not receiving a response from them as well. We won't be able to provide any information unless something is provided to use by the person who works on this case.

    Steven: for the past 2 months, managers, supervisors say they are involved and nothing has been fixed, the only responses I get from teir 3 is the same thing

    Steven: either, please make sure all your info is accurate, or please change the email address, or everything is fixed.

    Eric F.: As much as I don't want to tell you this. I'd rather be honest than set the wrong expectation, as of now we here at tier 1 is unable to resolve this case and we are depending this case to our tier 3 department that is currently working on this case.
    If I had the ability to do so I would have done it immediately.

    Eric F.: Basically that's the start of the investigation Steven. That there were some discrepancy on the account where it was not syncing up properly.

    Eric F.: The last update was they are currently reinstating the billing account cause it went to inactive or floating cause it was not attached to a Microsoft Account.
