    Steven lash San Diego: How do i upgrade my Xbox to latest version


    Hi,

    My name is Steven lash, I'm huge fan of Xbox and playing games with my son somehow when i got a free time from my work. For last couple of weeks my xbox is not working good, Sometime games automatically pause and stop working and restart the xbox. I have
    update it but still its has been the same issue,Kindly help me to get rid of this problem.

    I am in San Diego, theXBOX was bought here in San Diego, so there should not be any regional issues.

    You may need to try and multiple games to make sure its not the game itself.

    If it is, it could be that the Xbox is beginning to malfunction.

    I have try this one but the issue remain same in both cases. Shall i call for an expert who will fixed this problem or something else.

    Hi,

    Try this when you are on the main menu , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console, wait 30 sec , restart and try to play.

    If Nothing works properly , before send your Xbox to the repair center do a factory reset to be sure... > Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

    So if its working fine , great but if you still have issue, you will have to send the console for a repair…
