    Stereo Uncompressed audio not working


    (Alpha Skip Ahead)

    Audio worked fine this morning, then this evening I get no audio output. I managed to get it to work by using bitstream audio, though there is a noticeable delay. I'm using HDMI only to my TV.

    Tried hard reboot etc, no luck yet.

    Anyone else encountering this?

    I have speaker audio as: HDMI audio - stereo uncompressed; Optical audio - Bitstream out; and Bitstream format - Dolby Digitial. My headset audio is: Headset format - stereo uncompressed.

    You're incorrect there is only stereo uncompressed .Optical audio options

    It does or at least the next update does.

    Settings-->Display & sound:

    - Digital Audio:

    1. HDMI audio (stereo uncompressed, 5.1 uncompressed, 7.1 uncompressed, Bitstream out)

    2. Optical audio (Off, Stereo uncompressed, Bitstream out)

    -if u select Bitstream out (DTS Digital Surround, Dobly Digital)

    It's you for sure. Mine works fine for audio. Stereo uncompressed sound. the mic will not work until microsoft releases the adapter.

    Do you mean in Digital audio? well both of em hdmi audio,optical audio are stereo uncompressed. and it was working fine i dont know what happened.. :/
