Stereo Headset warranty, replace

Hello, I would like to know, if there is any way how to replace Stereo Headset?

If I would go to Repair and service center, there is no option to choose stereoheadset, only headset.

Is this only mistake or is it on purpose?

Unfortunately our warranty only covers new hardware for the first 90 days, so you would have to replace the stereo headset.

Your English is far better then my French.... When you say "3 weeks ago i bought a headset for xbox one", do you mean an "Xbox One Stereo Headset" ? Here
in the states, most store will let you return a defective item if it has been less than 30 days from the date of purchase. However, it's my understanding that Xbox accessories like the headset are

warranty for 90 days via Microsoft. But, may I suggest double-checking the headset with the steps outlined in "Set up and troubleshoot your Xbox
One Stereo Headset", before you elect to send in your headset for "Device repair" or replacement.

Sand, What is the problem that you are having where you think it needs to be serviced/replaced?

 

I am also having the same problem with my Xbox One Stereo Headset. I try to select it via the service center but only the chat headset is selectable.

My headset in only just over a month old and has been working but now the mic is not responding all the time.

What do I have to do to get a repair/replacement.

 

NeoGTI, your mic not working isn't the headset, I'd bet on it. A ton of us are having the exact same problem sonce microsoft's september update.

I've tried 3 different mics (one of them literally brand new in the box) on multiple different controllers, and the actual microphone doesn't work on any of them after that update.

The issue is on microsoft's end, not ours.

 

don't pay them they know about their controllers and problems with mic's. they just don't care. they will give u all sorts of stuff to do, but in the end it will be send in for repair or buy new one. just read these forums
