Stereo Headset Microfone does not work anymore since august update

I own the official microsoft stereo headset for the xbox one and since the august update my microfone does not work anymore. I can hear everyone in chat, but I am not able to speak. I did all the updates, as well as the controller updates. While using the
standard headset, that comes with the xbox one, I don´t encounter this kind of problem. Anyone else got this issue since the august update? Is there a solution to this?

I should also mention that my mic on the stereo headset also does not work anymore.

Sorry to hear about the Stereo Headset issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a shot:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 3 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console.
• Make sure that your headset adapter is firmly plugged into your controller and that your stereo headset's 3.5mm cable is securely plugged into the headset adapter.
  
• Make sure that the mute button is not selected on your headset adapter.

Same exact issue currently had call Custom Service explain the issue they will run you thru some steps. If nothing works they will issue you a Service Request sent my headset in and got a working on back.
