Stereo audio not coming no matter what i do

So yesterday i bought these headphones, and i immediately started checking the quality on youtube, it was okish (the headphones are very cheap), but then i tried those 8d audio thing on youtube and for my headphones it didn;t work, i tried using earphones to see if it was problem with my PC but it was not, i tried everything from youtube like turning mono audio off, turning windows spatial sound on and disabling all enhancement... for my headphones it;s like both my headphone channels are combined into each other, there is no sense of 3d in it, can somebody help me pls !!.

Hello Taczo, the difference between mono and stereo is, it's the kind of signal that works with just one channel, a front-facing speaker or a pair of closely spaced speakers receiving the same signal. Its characteristic is the reproduction and capture by a single channel, simple as a microphone.

As for the Stereo sound, or stereo, is made up of a pair of sound channels. This means that the audio playback uses two channels of sound, left and right, with synchronized time.

Most of our sound systems today use stereo. Its greatest feature is the ability to reproduce and separate each of the instruments, bringing a greater sound image.

Try listening to songs that may have this difference between the left and right channels, and if you have more doubts, the ideal thing would be to contact the manufacturer.

Don't tell you that you aren't using analog component? Uhm, ok. Anyway, he is just correcting your misinformation regarding the audio settings. The stereo RCA outputs on the 360 are completely unaffected by the audio settings on the 360. They will always
play analog stereo audio not matter what.

I was told by customer support that no matter what, if you are using an optical cable the signal WILL BE CONVERTED TO STEREO NO MATTER WHAT.

The guy told me "Yeah, the 360 had more audio options than the One."

Do you mean in Digital audio? well both of em hdmi audio,optical audio are stereo uncompressed. and it was working fine i dont know what happened.. :/

I would like to know when too. Xbox 360 has Dolby via optical port AND HDMI connection to your HDTV but Xbox 1 surprise doesn't. Dolby provides better quality fidelity audio than Stereo (which sounds flatter than Dolby even if it's uncompressed stereo).
True Xbox 1 disk cases with games do not mention Dolby audio like games which are for Xbox 360. It's not only the graphics which matter but the audio does to and Dolby does a better job of it than Stereo.
