    Stereo adaptor


    Turned on my x box and on the stereo adaptor that plugs in the wireless controller i have an orange mute light.

    i cannot now turn this off, i have tried to update the controller, turning off and on the x box, unplugging the x box and nothing seems to fix this.

    any help would be appreciated.
