Stellaris Deluxe Upgrade Pack

I recently bought the Upgrade pack for Stellaris and worked fine, but on the third day their was an error saying I didn't have them. I went to download content in the game and told me to "Go to Xbox Store." They are already downloaded and everything but
it tells me I don't have them. I uninstalled everything and seperatly, did a power cycle, reset my xbox, and all the above and it keeps telling the same thing I don't know what to do.

I'd to inform you the issue has been resolved. I think the reason this happen was due to the upcoming update. It involved the multiplayer expansion to the game. I feel this was the reason for it because as soon as the game updated itself
I was given a notification saying I could play the DLCs.

this link. However I have had similar problems. The game would qualify as "no longer playable". Try requesting a callback from Microsoft though.

I did I reached out to Xbox, Microsoft, and the creators of the Stellaris

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
