Steering Wheels

@RAN but what happens if like me ill only be using the wheel on the one i dont game much on pc.

In all honesty I wouldn't recommend buying a wheel if you're 100 percent sure you won't be using it elsewhere, it's just to hard to justify the expense.

You'll see very few games that make owning a wheel worthwhile as far as performance. I have a 360 and PS3 hooked up to my racing rig but the vast majority of the racing games released for those platforms actually work better with a controller because they
were developed for it.

The next issue is the vast majority of people you'll be racing against will be using controllers so those smooth, fast laps you can run with a wheel become irrelevant when everyone else is playing demolition derby.

Unless the console community steps up and forms series and leagues of like minded drivers then owning a wheel is an accessory for the single player/time trials only and the question you'll need to ask yourself is how long will you be playing Project Cars
before you're playing something else. Like most FPS's, without a multiplayer community the game dies after you finish the single player.

And far as the stand you linked goes.....this one is a few bucks more but significantly more stable and more adjustable.

I own one of their stands for my G27 and there is no flex even when you're cranking the wheel like crazy.

 

That looks sweet Yido cheers. Randver I'm hoping something, or someone is putting something together for Project Cars. It's still in the pipeline and the guy organising it wants to see how the multiplayer works out first. However I will say that hopefully
a cool league/championship might be set up for it. Proper racing, proper set up. No demolition Derby or idiots.
