Steep X Games doesn't work on my Xbox

Today I purchased "Steep X Games Gold Edition" in "Xbox.com" by smartphone app.

And then it is installed automatically on my xbox one x.

After the install process is finished, I ran "Steep X Games Gold Edition".

But it doesn't work. Only what I can see was openning page of "Steep X Games Gold Edition" for few seconds.

And then it went to "Main page of Xbox one x".

I ran it many times, but result was same.

So I tried other ways.

- restart the xbox : doesn't work

- remove and re-install : doesn't work

- change wifi or another internet line : doesn't work

All attempts to run "Steep X Games Gold Edition" failed.

And I found something strange. When "Steep X Games Gold Edition" is deleted from the Xbox and reinstalled, the capacity of the HDD remains unchanged.
Clearly, the capacity of the game was 26GB, but the capacity of the HDD was unchanged.

So I ask for help to solve this phenomenon.

Games on Demand PreOrder Punchcard not Reflecting Preordered Game

I preordered STEEP, but my account doesn't reflect that the game was preordered. I specifically preordered it to complete my 3 game punchcard and receive the 15,000 reward credits. The game STEEP isn't even listed in "My Games" on the my account website,
but STEEP Season Pass is listed.

Hello FlightENteF,

You mentioned you purchased Game Pass Ultimate and wanted to install STEEP but cannot find it in the Xbox App. According to the game information page, STEEP cannot be downloaded to a PC as it is only compatible with the Xbox One and Series X/S. If you have an Xbox One or Series X/S you may download the game and play it on the console.

As great a game this is, $300 doesn't even factor into my "Gonna get this one" mentality. It's a shame that they're making it that steep!! I think if it is the case, i'll sadly pass on this one.

You’re going to see a steep decline in games that will work on non-series consuls starting next year. Major titles are already launching this year like Star Wars without Xbox One support which includes the one X

So I would recommend you buy a series S instead of an Xbox one based system if you want it to last 4 years.
