Steelseries 9x wireless headset.

I have a new headset steelseries artics 9x which keep disconnecting from xbox and then reconnects but then mic does not work, this happens every time I use them. I have tried resetting x box, updates and settings etc. And firmware on headset but yet to find an answer to resolve this, Can anyone help?

I recently picked up the Steelseries Arctis 9x and they are great! Completely wireless and they have wonderful sound and are one of the comfiest headsets I've worn. Highly recommend them!

May i know if you already tried using a completely different headset? Can be a wired headset and test if the issue persist.
That helps to isolate the problem a bit more

Or if you can connect this headset with a cable, please try in that way.

I have the A50 because of the wireless but I have to say I love my Steelseries Arctis 9X because it is so simple ti pair with the Xbox

Its an absolute must specially with dolby atmos on a decent headset, im currently using a steelseries arctis 9x. And love it, I hardly ever game without my heaset on

Yeah, they are really cool but most of them are quite expensive. I only know of three headsets that do this the Arctis 3 Bluetooth (make sure it is the Bluetooth one they have a wired only one), the Arctis 9X, and the most expensive one the Arctis Pro
Wireless all by SteelSeries. Although there are probably more options out there.
