Steel series arrtics 3 headset not working

My steel series arrtics 3 headset was working fine a day ago but all of a sudden when I turned on my Xbox it says my headset is plugged in but It doesn't register that I'm talking. For one second I can talk but for the next it won't let me. I've already tried switching controllers and cables but it still doesn't pick up that I'm talking even though I have the symbol that my headset is plugged in and working. I can hear game volume though.

Try to update the controller if it is not updated!

Steel series Arctis 1 varified working.. Also all other usb headsets if you have the dts:x app.. Its 20$ but gives full usb audio functionality.

Consider switching to the updated wireless headset or the steel series Arctis 7x both are great options.

Would recommend the steel series products too.

Personally I prefer a full surround sound headset more.
