Hello, my case SRX1401005166ID was closed because they say they can not verify the information.

How can you help me ? Need you a proof of identity ? I can send a photocopy for my identity card ?

Please help me, i can t connect since 2017-10-10 , i fight since 1 month to have my account ..

My account has an Xbox Live Gold subscription but the xbox does not see it

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Xbox live Gold Account.

I have purchased an xbox Live Gold subscription (1 year) since 09/02/2017 and since 10/11/2017 i can't play online.

It seems that the Xbox thinks that my account isn't an xbox live Gold account but when i go to parameter/subscription it's written :

"Xbox live Gold expires on 02/09/2018.

I have tried a lot of things in parameter (delete account/ empty the cache,...) but nothing works.

My gamertag is : and the email of this account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Can you help me pls ?

Banned from Xbox live

Hello, I was banned from Xbox live since yesterday. Microsoft had send me an Email with the date 10/11/2017 10:15:32 Am. Is this the American date? I live in Germany so I'm not very sure how long I will be banned.

Please do not post case numbers on the forums.

There's nothing anyone on the forums can do.

There is certain security info that needs to be verified if you are trying to recover an account.

You should of set up these security steps when you started your account.

If that can't be verified then there's not much you can do.

If somebody truly stole your account you can contact xbox support which it sounds like you already did since you have a case number and have them fill out an unauthorized access escalation form to send to their escalations team and in that form they would
ask you about your account and information about the console your profile was on previously and have you create a new account so if they can verify your ownership then they would transfer the info on your account to the new account.

It's completely possible, Xbox Live has been running since 2002 (10 years)? I've had my account since 2004.

I reported this problem last week on Facebook Microsoft jigsaw forum. I got a response back that said they were aware of the problem and that the development team was working on it. Apparently they do not monitor this forum and do monitor facebook. I still
have this problem. I am only playing the free games until it is fixed.

PS. It has been down so long that my mom has passed away.......
