Steam/Xbox Achievments

Only certain games on steam will show up on your achievements list if they are from steam. Basically games that are not on Xbox but are on steam, should not show up at all on your achievements list.

Their achievements appear because these games - which Microsoft sells on Steam - can use Xbox accounts and support Xbox achievements. They don't show as owned on the Xbox App, because you bought these games on the Steam Platform, not the Windows 10 Store.

just get ea play for steam, £20 for the whole year and get to play all the games straight in steam with achievements for steam too, its all integrated perfectly unlike the Xbox app.

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein even though you have earned a lot of achievements it doesn't seem to be the case when you use two game launchers. When you play your game a few of the achievements are unlocked when you sign in Using Xbox.

By the way, if you are looking for a way to merge your achievements from one client to another. To be honest with you it is not possible for now.

As Steam achievements are separate to Xbox Live Achievements.

However, if the game is also Play Anywhere* and the publisher hosts the save data at a minimum, then some achievements can be obtained.
