Steam Forza Horizon 5 E: 47-0

Hi, yesterday I bought FH5 on Steam. It was late, I tried it a little bit, then went to bed. Today, I wanted to launch the game anew and redo the awesome opening, but the game doesn't have a restart button. So I turned off Steam cloud, closed Steam, deleted the game file under (C/ Program Files(x86)/ Steam/ userdata/ [MySteamId]/ 1551360/ remote, and unplugged my internet cable; then I rebooted the game in Steam's offline mode.

According to the tutorials I found on YouTube, it should have worked, but instead I got the E:47-0 error code, which was followed by a prompt to recover a backup file I never made (which in turn was not the save file on Steam's cloud; it was a random autosave a bit later in the game).

I had to sync my Steam account with Microsoft's when I first started the game, so... maybe the problem stems from there... I'm clueless. What gives?

There is a possibility the cause of the issue could be related to the game. To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

May we ask if you have tried to uninstall the game?
May we ask for the screenshot of the issue? Please conceal any personal information.
Is this happening to other games from Steam?
How about the games installed from Microsoft Store and Xbox app is the issue happening?
When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?

Hi yes, I am also having this problem, when I launch Forza horizon 5 (on xbox app) I keep getting the error, I even downloaded it on my xbox one and it still gave me the same error when I tried loading up my cloud save for this game. Did my cloud save get corrupted? If so what do I do?
