steals my tickets

The game for that price is a steal. I loved every min played of it on my 360. The story is not so wow but the gameplay, sea battles and open world are

amazing. I have my tickets to upgrade the game but still don't use them.

If you get ahold of xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us or if you are in the US/Canada calling 1800 4 my xbox if you dont know your kids information for them to verify and get into the account to cancel the subscription they can look up
their account with the credit card number that is being charged and remove the card from the account for you in effect cancelling any future charges for the subscription.

Please show me where in that he said he gave away his account info.

You need to file a complaint against him through your console. No-one from the Enforcement Team is going to see your post, so reporting through the console is the only way to get this dealt with START
