Microsoft is stealing your money. Dont buy season passses and 12 months live.!!!

If they ban your profile for no reason then they will not help you. But stealing from you..

Ms banned my profile because i ask my friends to buy my old xbox 360. Ms says that is offering money or ms points and that is forbidden.

So *** ms and go to playstation

And somthing i just found out that they take 1Euro evry time i try to buy points.

It was a mistake to come back to the Xbox360.

stealing my money and dont give me any points at all.

It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

I have the same error , from April 4, i cant play online beacuse of this error. Xbox should gift me 1 month more of gold, they are stealing my money. Why they dont fix it? They dont care about players!

 

As i explained in your other thread you agreed to the terms & conditions when you started your account,part of which clearly states that you lose your remaining live,dlc etc. if your account is banned.

Accounts do not get banned for no reason,a thorough investigation was carried out before you were banned.

 

I whant proof.!!!

But they cant show me so that is wrong.
