    what should I do to solve this problem.

    ah already unplugged, booted, and nothing.

    I'm not sure if I understood your questions clearly, but I take it then when your son tries to log on to the console, it is stuck on a green screen? If this is not the case then please try to explain clearly.

    I know you mentioned that you had already rebooted, but could you please try to power cycle your console as detailed here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.

    Did/Does your console, when you press the power up button, stay on but no picture for a minute or more then a black screen for a couple of more minutes, and finally the green screen which stays on forever?

    WAIT! the Xbox one when you first turn it on can stay on the big Green screen for up to 10 mins! make sure you dont turn it off when it loading this screen. Wait it out.
