Staying on xbox live

As it's saying, a sign-in error has occurred, it makes me think there might be an issue with the account rather than the network (I could be wrong). When was the last time you update your security information? Sometimes this can caused weird profile issues,
check your security details are up to date and verified here:
support.xbox.com/.../add-security-contact-information

Also deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile can help.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with staying logged into your account.

This could have been pertaining to the Xbox Live Service Alert that just cleared up, but If you test your multiplayer connection on your console, do you receive any sort of error messages?

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.

If you haven't already, and if you are experiencing and error code performing this, I would recommend reviewing the

Xbox One Multiplayer Connection Error Solution wizard and see if this works for you.
