    Hi, so here is my problem when i start off logged into my live acct. then when i load up a game or go into an app i immediately get disconnected then it asks me to log back in which is no problem but it gets really annoying and i want it to stop. it did'nt
    used to do this to me before the xbox live hack in november. also no that im trying to play AW Zombies when it logs me out it wont let me play... any ideas on how to fix this problem for good?

    When I first turn on my Xbox I connect to live just fine, but every time after anywhere from 5-20 minutes I get disconnected. After I reconnect I'm fine and can continue on playing without getting disconnected again. Any solution?

    Hey there, sounds like a funny one. I would suggest deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clearing the system cache 3 times. Restarting the console and re-download your profile as this can sometimes clear up weird disconnects like you've
    described.

    Delete and re-download profile:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Clear cache:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    I'll just add that during the steps above you might get prompted to add security proofs if you haven't do so before. So if you come across that , add and verify some security proofs through the PC here:

  5. If you are attempting to play Exo Zombies in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and you receive the message "A downloadable content package was removed or all profiles are signed out", you’ll need to allow the free DLC “Compatibility Pack 1” to be downloaded
    and installed. To do this, log in to Xbox Live, start the game, and you should see the message “New required content has been added to your Active Downloads. This content is free and required to play online.” Allow the content to download and install. You
    can check its download status by going to Active Downloads: Xbox button, Games & Apps, Active Downloads.
