statut m'éviter!

Hello,

I recently passed in reputation avoiding me for no reason and this prevents me from playing online overwatch so it is very fussy if you can do something it would be nice

J ai récemment réactivé mon compte xbox sous windows 10 pour jouer a sea of thieves.

Je peux jouer au jeu sans problème mais je ne suis pas capable de discuter dans un groupe sur l app xbox car mon statut est "déconnecté". Je peux rejoindre le groupe, mais rien faire d autre. Mes amis me voit connecté mais avec le statut déconnecté.

Avez vous une solution a ce problème ??

I recently reactivated my xbox account under windows 10 to play sea of thieves.

I can play the game without problems but I am not able to chat in a group on the xbox app because my status is "disconnected". I can join the group, but do nothing else. My friends see me connected but with offline status.

Do you have a solution to this problem ??

Hi oOwalkiriaOo,

There's a lot of possible reasons why your friends sees your account as offline and you can join group and do nothing. One of which is a corrupted profile. To help you resolve this concern, I recommend that you follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign out your profile from the Xbox app and restart your computer before signing in again.

Step 2: Check your NAT type. Make sure that your NAT is Open. To do this, you may follow the steps provided on the link below:

"I can't hear my friends online, or I can't join or host a multiplayer game with my Xbox One"
