    Need help conecting.

    xxxx-xxxx-xx8x-xxxx-8007-2741 is the code. Even downloaded an update and burned on a cd. It just said mixed media. Getting frustrated.

    I recommend following each of the steps on on our
    Error 8007-2746 Troubleshooting     page. If the issue persists afterwards, unfortunately that means the Xbox 360 console needs to be repaired or replaced. If that's the case, you can start the process over on our
    Online Service Center.

    got the problem solved after a long way....puh! the childproof lock in my router settings prevented a connection to xbox live...set it to "unrestricted" and it works.
