Statuscode 8007065b

Hey guys can anyone help me please? I keep getting the statuscode: 8007065b and I don't know how to fix it, I searched on google but nothing worked, my network is linked to xbox live and all but I can't use xbox live, pretty weird. Thanks (xbox 360)

There has been a service alert up for Xbox 360 affecting sign in but as of about
30min ago it should be cleared up. Are you still having this issue?

Saw some people on twitter saying to unplug the console for about 10 minutes, tried it and it works. Hope it will work your guys too.

 

Yes, It is still not connecting XBOX Live. It worked yesterday but not today. The hard shutdown and unplug power cord for 10 doesn't work.

 

contact support via chat and have them reset your gold membership.

This just worked for me.

I contacted support via chat and they updated my gold status and I connected immediately.

Here was support's reply before it went live
