    i got a '8016CE52 error code' too.

    i'm from hong kong, i tried to purchase the Game "俺の嫁(my wife)"yesterday , it failed..

    even now , it doesn't fixed yet...

    I´m trying to buy the 2010 WRC game, it costs 199 sek, i have bought 11 games before without any issues, i´m paying with my visa card. I have money on the card but every time i try to buy anything now this statuscode comes up, does anyone now what the problem
    is?

    Also this thread is really old now, I created an account for this site to share the information, which solved this issue for me. I had the Probem with buying a game via xbox live. I added some money for my account but couldnt buy the game. Error accured 0070057.

    The Problem was solved by giving my billing adress plus my mobile numer, it does not work without the phone number!
    I hope this can help some one in the future.

    Same here. Got this error code when buying the Xbox LIVE subscription. First time using the payment method. I don't get it. Is it a problem with the credit card? My location? Is it actually a temporary fault in the system?
