    Status Update on Recent Issues


    In light of the recent issues, we are not releasing a new Jigsaw Collection this week and are focusing on creating a fix instead.

    We will let you know on our Facebook page when we have a definite date for when the fix will be rolled out.

    Thank you to everyone who has submitted files and information that have helped us make progress towards a solution. Your data has helped us immensely.

    We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

    CDN Error - Resource not found

    Xbox Fitness is now listed as 'up and running' on
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status     again. There was an update to the game which rolled out in the last few days.

    Does anyone who had the CDN/startup issues still have them after installing this recent update?

    Unfortunately, even if the CDN/startup issues are fixed, they seem to have introduced a new problem: New Lag/Freezes Since XBox Fitness Update Status Update on Recent Issues :(

    Sounds good, thank you for the update. I hope you guys get a light bulb moment soon. I just installed it on Wed. 11/12/14 and I love this app it's so much fun. I admit I was highly disappointed today when I couldn't play because it kept crashing, but I have
    confidence in you guys coming up with a fix soon. So now I'm off to Facebook to keep up with the fix progress and your brilliant imaginations.

    If you are on the most recent version of Jigsaw, and you are still experiencing issues, please write us a private message on Facebook.

    In order to make sure that you are on the most recent version of Jigsaw, please open the Charms Bar by using the Windows key+C while you are in the Windows Store and check if there are any pending app updates for you under Settings -> App updates.
