    I used the xbox live gold digital code with my new console and redeemed it.

    At first the order record was shown in my order history, but the status was unknown and I can't use it to play the Anthem game, which needs the function of xbox live gold . I reconnected the internet and restart my console and it disappeared in my order
    history.

    I tried to redeemed the same code , but it said I already redeemed it.

    May someone tell me what's going on?

    Try logging out and sign back in, it may correct itself. Also, you can do a hard reset.
    thanks, I tried to log out and signed in and reset the console , it still doesn't work.

    Thank god the problem is finally solved .

    I also had tried to remove and add my account, but sadly it didn't work. So my only option is to get in contact with customer support .

    There is a service for requesting a code if you have a problem redeeming the code, and I use the service and describe what happened, then I upload the needed information (the receipt and the card of the code...) to them, and afterwards they said my order
    history is not completed normally (I have no idea what they said). So they wanted me to add a payment option to help me redeem my code, but they also failed. Finally they decided to directly give me one month XBOX LIVE GOLD.

    By the way, the customer support can't see my order history of XBOX LIVE GOLD, either. They contact the other department to know this thing.

    Anyway, I really appreciate all of you who offer the help, now I can have fun!
