    Status of my Support case MS case [Mod removed]


    I am wondering what is the status of my MS support case [Mod removed]. I have not been contacted by support (as promised) with an update to my case. I have previous contacted support via the chat function on 4 separate occasions and I was assured the last
    time that I contacted support that my case would be sorted out and I would contacted by the dedicated support team (via email) with an update. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not yet heard a word. I would appreciate it if someone contact me via my registered
    Hotmail address associated with my account to tell me if any progress has been made. Thank you for your time I await your reply.

    Now I'm really confused. My tech told me you would be given all the information and would try to resolve my problem and now your talking to me like I've joined some discussion group. I'm not interested in what a bunch of people have to say about my problem.

    No one here can help,you need to contact support via chat/phone as they are the ones who deal with this type of thing.No one here has access to your support case.
