status not updating to show the correct activity

When you go to account.microsoft.com/services what does the status show there?

Does it show under the cancelled portion of the site or does it still show as being an active subscription.

The activity status of the Xbox Game Bar on Windows 10 only shows activity information for certain games and apps that support it. The activity status will display "Online" if the game is online-only, and "Nothing" if the game does not support the activity status feature. The support for this feature is determined by the developers of the games and apps, and can vary from game to game.

Ok when I asked support about this they said that xbox.com has not been updated to see the activities of the Xbox One. So the games you pay on your Xbox One will not show up in your activity feed until they updates the website. The same kind of goes for
Xbox Rewards. The amount of achievement points doesn't update in real time I have had my points update but it was at the end of the month I think and it look quite a while. What I would do is sign into xbox.com and see if your achievement points are correct
(even if it doesn't show the games in your activity feed). If they are you shouldn't have a problem.

I know it's not an ideal situation but it is what it is.
