    my netflix app stopped working.

    Netflix app is not working. it keeps saying i need to connect to xbox live. but i am connected. everything else is working fine

    live status is saying everything is up and running but i can connect to xbox live but it keeps saying your live connection was lost so i cant get on line should i close this account and start a new oneplease some one that is much clever than me please please

    Whilst that says there isn't much in the way of XBL errors, there definitely is a problem that is ongoing. It is Microsoft side issue and not your side.

    Keep trying to log in, I took two attempts to connect.
