I got this error code when Im trying confirm download Assassins Creed 4 X1 via X360/Games with gold. can anyone help? :/

Also, Assassin's Creed Black Flag is currently listed as a Game with Gold for the Xbox One, not the 360. The free 360 game right now is Plants vs. Zombies.

Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for?

Trying to download Battlefield 1 from Games with Gold and a error code comes up.

Xbox service alert that is affecting our services for making purchases.

In regards to the error code you have received here is a troubleshoot page I have found for you.

Error 69-807B0190 occurs when downloading an update or game on Xbox 360

Hi Myokie1,

Please reset your console to the factory defaults by keeping your games and apps:

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

and then try again install the game again but by having
Ethernet cable connection.

Please let us know if this helps!

what if i dont have the option to use Ethernet cable?
