    Status Error 80072746-a9a501a4-583a0b48 and Error Message 8C230002


    On the Xbox 360 Homepage and other tabs promotional adverts and video games will be grey and will show this error message or the error message 8C230002 when I try to click on them.

    This also happens when I attempt to go onto family settings.

    Console: 360 E (2013)

    Router / modem: Fritz!Box 7390

    Help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

    Unable to access Marketplace: Status Code 80072746

    Some one told me to make sure my Account Privacy settings were set to everyone on my xbox console. When I go to it I get and error telling me that it is temporarily unavailable: Status Code 80072746-a76bc0d7-41c9f076. When I try to access my family settings
    the same error pops up, but with Status Code 80072746-a9a501a4-583a0b48.

    Now I'm just deeply confused...

    it also isn't showing me any of the tiles that should contain promotional information and if i go and browse apps or games then i can't see any of those tiles either.
