I believe it's some sort of billing error. Try going to
https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it from there, call support and talk to billing.

Thanks for the help and the offer. I am in Idaho and usually play early afternoon and evening. I will try to log in earlier and maybe catch you online. As far as my inventory slots, I have not sold any SDU's I have just sold weapons and shields as I ran
onto better stuff. I really think my game is messed up as last night I tried for the achievement of running over a Lancer with the car. Well I ran over like five of them and never got the reward! I also stomped a skag pup and got no reward. So I think my game
is glitched. I am thinking about starting over, as I really like the game, but I hate to lose my progress (I am at level 36)

OMG! you say you fixed ALL the claptraps and only have 15 inventory! I haven't played in a while..but don't you start off with like 12 inventory space?! WOW! that means you only used 1 of the backpack SDU's and SOLD THE REST!!! as for the statues ... if
you do not have the last DLC of the Robot Revolution..then you cannot get the statue achievement...if you want...I can maybe help you out a bit...just send me a message if interested and what time you usually play at...I'm in Texas and usually play from 8am
to about 12pm

Looking at your acheevos it seems you dont have any of the DLC, you dont run over a Lancer, you destroy one with a Racer, only can be done on the Knoxx DLC, just stomping on a skag wont get you the acheevo, you have to kill one, so shoot it till its low
