    my nephew just received a 360 for Christmas and its a used console. The screen comes up and says the update had been stopped and I cant navigate to any screens at all. need some serious help.

    Xbox360 cannot read update from storage device.... I I purchased a brand new hard drive 500 MB and I am still getting the same error code as before it.

    System update stopped. Stuck in a loop

    Ive tried taking the hard drive out, tried to do the update via USB without the hard drive in but it just comes up with the same status code but C000 0013 instead of C000 0034 now
