When I access the Account Management menu on my XBOX 360 S the following message appears:

There is a problem with the Xbox Service.

Try again later. For help with this issue go to www.xbox.com/errohelp;

Status Code: 8C150009.

After clicking OK, I cannot enter the Manage Payment Options of my account.
I have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, but I can't download anything on Xbox Live.

This issue started on 08/31/19.

How can I solve this problem ?

theres no sepcial message and I have been in contact with an xbox live support and they cant figure out whats going on with my account.
