    When I am trying to launch Netflix on my Xbox360, status code: 807b0193 appears(i couldn't find it on the support webpage's code searcher, only from google). It means there is a problem with loading my xbox live profile, so I tried many ways: made a new
    profile, with new email, deleted then restored my profile, tried with an other profile: none worked... Network, and xbox live connections are ok according to xbox live test and everything works correctly according to my microsoft account... Please help!

    One of the steps that can solve the issue its making a factory reset of the network.

    Settings > System >Network Settings > Choose your network > Configure network > Additional Settings > Factory reset network settings.

    After that you can set up your wireless or ethernet connection to try again to open the apps. Hope it works with you too.

    The users of xbox 360 are experiencing the same problem with the application of netflix, for the moment still no solution for the problem is found.
