    Hi, I purchased all "ALL" of "The Big Bang Theory" Seasons (even the one that I'm still waiting on the series for)! That's right! All of them...

    Firstly, I used to be able to play the series all the time (I love the series). I could watch when ever I pleased. But no longer! Now when I try to play I get an error code 803c0064.. When I put this code in your Error Codes list there is no such code...
    ??? What is that about??? anyway... Nothing happens after this! I have been through all the forums and have tried numerous suggestions however, guess what? NOTHING!!! I have been an Xbox live member for numerous years (I actually have 3 different Xbox live
    accounts, all with multiple purchases on). I have purchased loads of movies and TV series and now I cant play them AT ALL! Either give me my funds back or fix the error! I bought the movies not to watch once but to watch as many times as I please! This was
    not a rental or I would have paid rental prices!

    Secondly, I purchased The Big Bang Theory Season 10 several months ago and I still have not got the whole season. I get series in dribs and drabs! Oh and to top it off I cant watch them! AT ALL! **refer to top comment!!

    FIX THIS OR GIVE ME MY FUNDS BACK FOR ALL THAT I HAVE PURCHASED!

    Okay so this is just in the order of my 'Quickplay' feature on my Xbox.

    Zune Music - Working perfectly.

    Zune Video - Working perfectly.

    Last.FM - Working Perfectly.

    Blinkbox - Disconnected with status code mentioned above.

    LoveFilm - Disconnected with NO status code.

    MUZU.TV - Disconnected with NO status code.

    Dailymotion - Disconnected with status code mentioned above.

    MSN Video - Disconnected with NO status code.

    YouTube - Disconnected with status code mentioned above AFTER there is an attempt to play a video.

    Demand5 - Disconnected with status code mentioned above.

    4oD - Disconnected with status code mentioned above.

    Your best bet is to contact the Phone Support's Billing Team (support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us), they should be able to clear this up for you. I hope this helps!

    this is something in their billing dept.

    This just happened to me and I googled this and came up with the fact that I did not capitalize the first letter of my first and last names on the billing information. Wanna know the messed up thing about this? They have been debiting said "locked" account
    for over a year now for live!
