    This is what I did to get around the error. I had a prompt asking if I would like to use the credit (it was less than a buck) with the purchase I was making. When selecting yes I would get the error; when selecting no the error stops and downloads are possible.

    Can't find the code anywhere.8019 codes are usually a problem with billing which is something you would need to phone support about.

    Nothing else i suggest really.had another look & the code appears in posts on the forums but they pretty much all say the same thing i said.

    I'm getting the same error code and it only seems to be affecting purchases like changing of gamer tag ect as well as any payment method anything past that i.e. dlc camo packs my card works. I've had constant issues like this and it seems to me that xbox
    cannot be bothered to look into these issues fully. Something needs to be done and quick.

    Hi onyx62is, there seems to be a little bit of confusion with regards to my problem. In answer to your question, yes both my gamertag and CC are set for the same country. In this case the UK & pounds sterling.

    The problem I'm having is trying to spend the credit which was allocated to me after Microsoft converted everyone over from their old points system into their country of residence currency.

    Following your previous advice I'm waiting to hear back from Xbox support after emailing them with my problem.
