Status Code: 8015D080

Unfortunately I was/am having the same issue. After being the the line with tech support for over 2 hours the only thing we figured out was that I'm not the only one having the issue and it seems to be affects child accounts that were linked to family accounts.

In my case the account was working fine yesterday and now today he can't sign on on the 360. We have 2 360s in the house (Older brother) and we can't sing the affect account in on that 360 either. We added and removed it from the family. Deleted from the
consoles and recovered several times. We tried logging it into the Xbox website with no luck. We tried logging it into the MS account page, no luck. We were how ever able to change the password, so we knew we were trying the correct credentials.

But here's the kicker, we have an XBox One and the account signs in fine. Just to make sure we removed the account from the XBOne and retrieved it and it worked fine (on the OXBone) but still couldn't get it to log into the 360. Same error each time, 815B000.

So as it stands, there was nothing left to try and the case has been escalated. So we ended the call with him promising to give me a call back Sunday, sooner if a fix is found.

have your parent call 1-800-4my-xbox and maybe they can fix your account to make it work since you cant change your date of birth no more
