Today trying to download the free game with gold I have recieved a message that say the following: "You Xbox LIVE billing account has been locked from making purchases. Call Xbox Support so we can help get this straightened out. Go to support.xbox.com/contact-us
for all the contact options.

www.xbox.com/errorhelp it's really annoying, what's going on there?
